Service Description

An in person breathwork circle for a group of max 6 people where we connect within and with the others through our breath. It is a beautiful experience to let go of whatever doesn't serve you anymore. To heal trauma, wounds and get rid of blockages. Making space for what you truly desire. Your body is like a harddrive that collects all the memories of your life. Good and bad. With breathwork you tap into that memory, going to your core. Your essence. The person you were born to be. With each breath you go through the layers of your being. Through everything that made you the way you are now. All the events that left you in survival mode. Through the breath you get to do a reset. Connecting within. Breathwork is perfect for an energetic clean up!
