And our social interactions have a great influence on how we feel about ourselves. And most importantly how we are loved.

It all starts with our self-love. Building that type of love is what makes the difference.
For confidence, boundaries and simply taking care of yourself. It may take time as our society has taught us to be a certain way that does not always comply with who we truly are... in Essence.
